This fitness studio is near our Port Imperial residences, 55 Riverwalk at Port Imperial, and literally a two-minute walk from our 9 Avenue at Port Imperial residence. The studio has a beautiful waterfront location right along Riverwalk Place, with breathtaking views of the Manhattan skyline and plenty of shops nearby for your errands and browsing for fun. For a refreshing walk before or after your Pilates class, you can head over to nearby Old Glory Park or Donnelly-Memorial Park as well.

Free Club Pilates West New York Intro Class

The classes here are designed to challenge your body and mind with low-impact and full-body workouts that offer a wide range of benefits. Class Levels for Club Pilates West New York
Once you’ve taken your free intro class there are four levels of classes to choose from to pursue your fitness journey. Level 1, Foundation, is great for beginners to learn the fundamentals and for students with physical limitations because the movements are easily modified. Level 1.5, Progression, involves more complex movements, keeps a moderate pace, and uses more equipment. Level 2, Evolution, is a fast-paced class with quick transitions to elevate your practice.
