New Riverfront Restaurant, The Highwood, Opens in Weehawken

Chef Nicholas Karoly crafted a rustic menu that includes salads, seafood, pizza and more. Try their southern fried chicken sandwich topped with house pickles, bacon and maple chipotle sauce or their featured menu item, the roasted Scottish salmon cooked over a creamy beurre blanc sauce. Pair your delicious meal with one of their many creative cocktails or take a look at their ample beer menu. The Highwood is open Monday-Friday, 4pm-midnight; and Saturday-Sunday, noon-midnight.
